These conditions of use will regulate the contractual relationship between the Rental Company of the exposed vehicle, ("the lessor") and the client ("the lessee"), by virtue of which the former assigns to the second the use of a vehicle by the term, price and other conditions that are established in the rental contract. The lessee undertakes to use and drive the vehicle in compliance with the regulations of the Traffic Code in force at the place and at the time of providing the service and in accordance with the specifications for use of the type of leased vehicle. The vehicle can only be used on public roads. It is expressly forbidden to use the vehicle in the following cases: Driving the vehicle on unauthorized or unpaved roads, or whose condition could pose a risk of damage to the vehicle. Use the vehicle in circuits or competitions. Use the vehicle in case of risk, in particular, to illuminate the alarm lamps of the control panel. Take the vehicle to other countries without express written authorization from the lessor. Transport people through consideration. Driving the vehicle in inferiority of physical conditions motivated by alcohol, drugs. Use the vehicle to push or tow other vehicles or any other object. Transport in the same toxic, flammable and generally dangerous substances and / or that violate the legal provisions in force. Transport the rental vehicle on board any type of boat, train, truck or plane, unless expressly authorized in writing by the lessor. It is totally forbidden to the lessee to assign, sublet, rent, mortgage, pledge, sell or in any way give as a guarantee both the vehicle and the rental agreement, the keys of the same, the documentation, the equipment, the tools and / or accessories of the same and / or any other part or piece thereof; or treat the foregoing in a manner that causes injury to the landlord. At the time of signing the rental agreement and the delivery of the vehicle, the tenant must be present to sign the rental agreement and present the original driver's license, ID or passport and credit card. The lessor reserves the express faculty to refuse the rental of the vehicle in the event that the lessee or the person indicated by the same as a driver does not duly prove that they hold a valid and valid driving license at the time of formalizing the rental contract. The vehicle can only be driven by the tenant, as well as those persons designated in the lease contract, provided they are over 21 years of age and whose driving licenses are at least 2 years old. Regarding drivers under 25 years of age, specific charges may apply depending on the model. The lessee receives the vehicle described in the contract in the correct state of operation and maintenance, without deficiencies, except for the observations that may be made when receiving the vehicle in the rental agreement itself. In the case of being found in the rented vehicle any deficiency not included in the rental agreement itself, it is the obligation of the lessee to notify it before moving the vehicle. The tenant receives the complete documentation, a copy of the vehicle key, tools and accessories, especially reflective vests and signaling triangles. The lessee undertakes to use the accessories diligently and to return them in the same condition in which they were delivered. In the case of non-return of accessories at the end of the rental agreement, the lessee is obliged to pay the lessor the undelivered accessories. In the event that any of the witnesses detecting an anomaly of operation of the vehicle that affects the safety of the vehicle or when it perceives external signs that indicate malfunction or malfunction of the vehicle were illuminated in the instrument panel, the lessee must stop the vehicle as soon as possible and contact the landlord or the roadside assistance company. Using the vehicle in case of risk is prohibited. Likewise, manipulating the odometer of the vehicle is totally forbidden, and the lessee must immediately notify the lessor of any damage to the same. The lessee receives the vehicle with the full tank and must return it in the same state in which it was received, otherwise, an additional charge will be invoiced that includes both the cost of fuel consumed plus € 50 of the cost of the refueling service. This charge can be made effective by charging it to the guarantee deposit or to the valid payment method with which the payment has been made. The lessee must refuel the vehicle with the right type of fuel for it, otherwise the lessee will be responsible for the costs incurred by the transfer and / or repair of the damage produced in the vehicle. Likewise, in said case, the lessee shall pay the lessor the respective charge as loss of profit for the immobilization of the vehicle. As a guarantee for the fulfillment of its obligations, the tenant must deliver an amount in the form of a security deposit at the beginning of the rental. Said guarantee will be returned once the rental is completed in full, provided that the vehicle is returned under the same conditions as it was delivered and has not breached any of the obligations of the contract. The amount lent as a deposit at the beginning of the rental contract by the lessee to the lessor may not serve for an extension of the same. The rental contract could be extended for a longer time than agreed upon with the previous authorization of the lessor. Forms of payment: We accept payment by credit and debit card, Visa, Mastercard, also American Express with an extra charge of 5% for high commissions. It is also possible to pay the rent and deposit by bank transfer. The duration of the rental will be initially agreed in the rental agreement, the lessee commits to return the vehicle to the lessor along with the keys, documentation, accessories and additional equipment, before the expiration of the term contracted and in the agreed place agreed in the rental contract. The landlord always offers a courtesy period of 60 minutes. In case of not returning it as such, the lessee is obliged to pay the lessor additional charges as stated in the contract. In the event of an accident, theft, fire, damage caused by animals or the effects of nature, and in general, the lessee or the driver must notify the police and the landlord immediately, as well as do whatever is necessary to protect the interests of the landlord. The knowledge of the police of what happened will also be mandatory in case of accident by own fault and / or without intervention of third parties and especially when the vehicle is immobilized or when it can continue with its driving it will mean a danger to the driving. Likewise, you must complete a descriptive part of the accident, be it responsible or not, and with or without the involvement of a third person. The descriptive parts of the accident and / or the parties to the friendly declaration shall be completed in full and with as much details as possible, both regarding the damage and the circumstances in which they occurred. The lessee is obliged to sign and collect the signature of the opponent, if any, in both documents. If the opponent refuses to sign, the lessee must request the on-site police presence for the clarification of the facts, since otherwise the lessee will be considered responsible for the accident, unless evidence to the contrary provided by the latter. The loss or theft of the vehicle does not automatically imply an obligation of the lessor to make available to the lessee a replacement vehicle. The lessor shall have the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect in the event that the lessee uses the vehicle in a manner not suited to its destination or causes damage to it in a willful or grossly negligent manner, including lack of maintenance or revisions when required to do so, use the vehicle in circuit or competitions or breach any obligation of the contract. In case of termination of the contract, the lessee will be obliged to immediately return the vehicle, keys, documentation and accessories. In any case, the landlord shall have the right, upon termination of the contract, to remove the vehicle from where it is located. In case of contractual termination, the landlord can claim the damages that the same has caused, which includes not only the emergent damage (including cranes, surveys, legal costs, etc.) but also the lost profit due to lack of availability vehicle.

Rentloox guarantees the free cancellation of the reservation within 24 hours from the moment of purchase on the site, provided there is at least 5 days between the purchase and the start of the rental. After 24 hours the cancellation policy of the car rental company will be applied. Cancellation policy of the rental company for this vehicle: In case of cancellation before 3 days of the rental start date, the expenses will be 30% and in case of cancellation within the 3 previous days, the expenses will be 100%. Reservations must be made at 100% with a minimum of three days before the rental start date.
